No. Site visits and written estimates are free anywhere in Northwest Arkansas. We'd rather spend half an hour looking at the job than guess from a phone description.

We call or text within one business day to set up a site visit. After the visit, you'll have an itemized written estimate within 48 hours. The number on the estimate is the number on the invoice unless you change the scope.

It changes with the season. Spring and early summer fill up fastest. Once your estimate is approved we'll give you a start date, not a window.

Yes. We bid slabs, sidewalks, aprons, and lot work for builders and property managers, and we can provide a certificate of insurance before we start. Use the estimate form and choose the closest project type, or call.

Driveways, patios, and sidewalks are 4 inches on a compacted base. Anything that will see truck or RV traffic is 5 to 6 inches with #4 rebar on 18-inch centers. Shop slabs depend on the loads, so we'll ask what you plan to put on it.

All concrete moves as it cures and as the ground under it changes with the seasons. The point of control joints is to decide where it cracks. A crack inside a joint is doing its job. A random crack across the surface is not, and if one shows up because of something we did, we'll come back and deal with it.

Walk on it after 24 hours, park a car on it after 7 days, and keep heavy trucks and RVs off for 28 days while the concrete reaches full design strength. We'll leave you a one-page care sheet that covers the first month.

We won't pour if rain is likely within a few hours of placement or if the forecast drops below freezing overnight. We'd rather reschedule by a day or two than hand you a slab with a damaged surface. You'll always get a call the evening before.

Usually, yes. Broom texture, border style, and joint spacing can all be matched. Color is harder: new concrete is lighter for the first year and weathers toward the old slab over time. We'll show you what to expect on the site visit.

Yes. We bring full-size pattern and color samples to the site visit, and we'll tell you plainly which patterns suit a small patio and which need room to breathe.

Yes, and it usually saves you money and a second round of yard damage. We schedule the concrete first, set fence posts while it cures, and lay sod last so nothing drives over it.

30 inches in concrete, 8 feet on center, plumbed twice and left to cure before a rail goes on. Steel posts are available for wood fences that should never lean.
